EPA Welcome - John Quander
Jim Cummings, EPA will contact states to begin case study write-ups. Cost and performance case studies: Florida and Virginia provided possible case studies for EPA to evaluate. DNAPL Projects, Thermal remediation, ISCO, etc.

EPA also has interest in sites where MNA has been abandoned due to a need to perform active remediation. Anyone with sites like this should contact John Quander.

Outreach Subgroup Report - Scott Huckstep
Reminder that articles are needed for the next newsletter. Have received info from TN, OR, and EPA. Also need state site #s. Need info by May 8th.

Administrative Subgroup Report - Bob Jurgens for Lisa Appel
The first 2 of 8 topics, Funding and Site prioritization have been gathered and Lisa is working on finishing a write-up of each topic. She would like info from each state for the next two topics: Pollution Prevention and Enforcement/Compliance.

Project Management/Technical Subgroup Report - Dan Switek
Now have 142 site profiles in the database, thanks to many sites from FL. Everyone should continue to add and update site profiles. After a short discussion it was confirmed that consultants can submit a site profile, but a state or federal agency project manager must confirm the site profile is correct.
